Shipping and Returns

United States Shipping

Atakam Health currently ships orders within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within the United States is generally 3–5 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, destination, or other circumstances outside of Atakam Health's control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and available shipping service.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed before the order is submitted and payment is completed.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 5 business days from delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, with all original labels and markings, and with the safety seal intact.

Opened, used, or partially used products cannot be returned. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.

If Atakam Health sends an incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement at our expense, including the necessary shipping costs.

To request a return, contact sales@atakamhealth.com and include your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for return authorization and instructions before sending any product back.
