Dosage & Preparation

The intake dose is 2 grams per day, 1 full (heaped) measuring spoon (inside bottle).

The extracts are completely water-soluble. It is better to dissolve in hot water but not in boiling water (let a glass of boiling water cooling for 3-5 minutes). The effectiveness of mushrooms increases if taken along with vitamin C. You can also use synthetic vitamin C at the rate of 100 mg per 2 grams of extract. If possible, it is better to use a natural source of vitamins in the form of a rosehip decoction. The rosehip must be crushed and brewed in a thermos in the evening and the morning, strain (small hairs inside the rosehip) and dissolve mushrooms. You can also use teabags of rosehip, 4–5 tea bags per glass of water, brew for 10 minutes in the morning, and then dissolve the mushrooms there. The effectiveness of the reception can be further increased by adding a tablespoon of freshly squeezed ginger juice to the solution. Ginger must be grated and squeezed.

You can add a spoon of honey for better taste.

The solution can be drunk whole in the morning before meals or in several portions during the day 10-30 minutes before meals.
